Wer mir auf Instagram (@bentomania2010) folgt, weißt, dass ich die ganze Zeit fleißig gewesen bin. Es ist halt einfacher dort etwas zu posten, denn dazu braucht man keinen Rechner. Tablet reicht schon.
Jetzt versuche ich einige der dort geposteten Rezepte hier im Blog aufzunehmen. Ich fange mit diesem superleckerem Rezept an. Das Rezept stammt von Plantproof. Es ist so lecker, dass es zu meinem Standartrezept für Tempeh und auch manchmal Tofu geworden ist. Reste schmecken auch kalt noch sehr gut, deswegen ist es absolut bentotauglich.
Hier habe ich es zu Nudeln und einer Asia-Gemüse-Mischung serviert. Die Gemüsemischung ist Tiefkühlware und ich finde sie sehr praktisch. So lässt sich immer schnell, eine Gemüsebeilage zubereiten. Kein Waschen und Schnippeln!
Zutaten:
300g Tempeh, in dünne Scheiben geschnitten
3 Essl. Erdnussbutter
3 Essl. Sojasauce
3 Essl. Ahornsirup
1 Essl. Srirachasauce
Zubereitung:
1. Alle Zutaten, bis auf das Tempeh, verrühren.
2. Die Tempehscheiben mit der Marinade bedecken.
3. Dann im Airfryer bei 170°C etwa 12 Minuten backen. Nach der halben Zeit wenden. Oder im Ofen bei 160°C etwa 20-25 Minuten backen.
